    Had a great experience dealing with swampy. Friendly guy and got the job done efficiently, would definitely use his services again

    This company does not accept a bank or credit card for payment. Bank transfer or cash are the only payments they accept. Very inconvenient in this day and age! When I asked if they could send me a Paypal request for money, so that I could pay with a credit card, they actually had the nerve to say they were "out of pocket" for the $15 Paypal fee on a $600 invoice, and demanded I pay their fee. How ridiculous! On the flip side, the service and installation of the mooring was excellent. They just need to improve their business transactions.

    Have always received excellent service from Swamp at Macquarie Moorings. Friendly, professional and reliable fella. Care is taken as he always leaves my boat clean when finished the job. Highly recommend to anyone on Lake Mac with a vessel.
